This charming farm-hotel in the Tuscan countryside is located on one of the most beautiful Florentine hills, halfway between Florence and Arezzo. The hill on which the hotel stands offers a superb, uninterrupted view, allowing you to completely immerse yourself in the countryside. Bellavista is the ideal place for rest and relaxation, where you can cool off and exercise in the beautiful swimming pool set amongst the olive groves. The attractive and fully-equipped apartments can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Each apartment has its own atmosphere and reserved sitting-eating areas.

Booking Terms

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
